About me
I grew up in Bamberg and moved out into the world after finishing school.
In addition to places in Germany, I lived in Prague and Martinique for a while.
I became a doctor.
And I realized that I was looking for something more.
This search led me on an exciting journey.
During this journey, I discovered that I wanted to work with my hands and discovered the Rosen Method®.
Initially as a client, I experienced amazing relaxation and a much better connection to myself.
Today, I am a practitioner myself and accompany others on this path.
Since October 2024, I have been in the final stage of training to become a Rosen Method® practitioner, the internship phase that precedes certification.
I expect to achieve certification within the next 2 years.
I am also exploring developmental trauma and its impact on our well-being.
